Booking policy
To secure an appointment, we will require a booking fee. You will be required to leave 50% of your total treatment cost.
The booking fee will be fully refunded as long as you give 48 hours notice of cancellation. We ask for 48 hours notice so that your appointment can be offered to another guest.
Cancellation policy
I ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation of any appointments. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of your booked treatment price.
A no show will result in a charge of 100% of your booked treatment price. Failure to pay will result in no future appointments and any existing appointments will be cancelled.
